Unit Description: IMCU is an adult acute care 19-bed unit. We are committed to serving our diverse population. Our patients and their families require more specialized, hands-on care than is available on a medical-surgical unit. We provide continuous cardiac, non-invasive BP, oxygen saturation and visual monitoring. We exemplify compassionate, knowledgeable patient-centered care with professionalism and interdisciplinary collaboration. Job Summary: The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care. Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment. The primary responsibility is providing care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
