Job Summary: Responsible for enhancing the relationship between patients, family, visitors, the general public and the organization, physicians and auxiliary. This position will resolve problems by working with the appropriate individuals across departmental barriers in order to promote patient loyalty and overall satisfaction with care.
Education: HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree in healthcare services or associated field preferred.
Experience: One (1) year experience in patient advocacy/patient customer service field, 2 - 5yrs experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Certification: Certified as a Patient Representative, Member of Florida Society of Patient Representatives preferred.
Hiring Range: $13.14 - $16.10 per hour
