Responsible for answering the OUCH telephone line, pre-registering all UCC Call Ahead patients, and providing customer service for the Urgent Care Center.
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum: 1 year of job related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred: 2+ years of job related experience previous experience demonstrating direct customer service
Other training or special skills: Ability to operate basic office equipment (fax, printer, copier, scanner). Computer proficiency. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology beneficial.
Hiring Range--$8.56-$10.27 per hour
Shift is mainly 9a-9p. Must also have availability to be scheduled some 9a-3p and/or 3p-9p.
