**Please note: This is a temporary position through approximately April 1, 2014.**
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, department managers, and colleagues. Responsible for coordination of Director and Manager calendars and meetings. Prepares and edits reports and spreadsheets. Assists with audits and other projects as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma is required. Applicants with an Associate's Degree are preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years of office experience with organization/coordination responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft programs is required. Applicants with three or more years of experience with extensive Excel experience are preferred as well as applicants with experience in a medical office or health care facility.
Hiring Range: $11.34 to 13.88 per hour
